Factory Scene’s Manufacturing Variance Report
The manufacturing variance report gives an overview of what actual production results are in relation to what was actually schedule, broken down by machine and product. It is useful to understand where speed variances occur and the report links to the OEE chart for further analysis.
Factory Scene’s Production Report
The production report provides an intuitive read-out of scheduled production and actual production in both units produced and time taken. It also displays any issues encountered and lost time due to those issues. It can be filtered by Time, Shift, Product and Work Center to pin point where success and issues occur.
Factory Scene’s Asset Report
The asset report helps maintenance departments and management understand key issues impacting machines as well as reporting such core equipment KPIs as mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failures (MTFB). It can be filtered by Time and Work Center.
Factory Scene’s Daily Product Report
The daily product report provides a simple way to see what products were produced for any given day, as well as the month to date and year to date production. It displays any quality issues that might have occurred on that day or over the month or year.
